I’ve looked at the Real Property Valuation Specialist Designation Course you’ve designed. I think that it’s excellent. The fact is that an agent with this knowledge will be a better agent than an agent without this knowledge. Let’s face it, with regards to both selling the home and getting it appraised, pricing is the key to having closings in this market.
